When you join BoatSmart HQ they pair you with a qualified and experienced ‘First Mate’, who will be your go-to-guy for everything related to your boat.
From carrying out your regular vessel inspections, preventative maintenance management, through to helping you get ready and cast off on your next outing. It is their job to keep your vessel shipshape & ready for action.
Regular Vessel Inspections
Vessel Inspections are carried out monthly and all resulting Vessel Inspection Reports [VIR’s] are stored online in your personalised ‘Ship’s Log’.
This means that you have an easy-to-access record of your service history and maintenance activity. This is valuable information, especially when it comes to the time to sell your boat, allowing you to command the best possible sale price.

New Boat Warranty Management
BoatSmart HQ is in partnership with leading marine importers such as Sports Marine & Ray White Marine, to provide seamless management of their new boat warranty programmes. They work with a wide range of global brands such as Princess Yachts, Nimbus, Saxdor Yachts, Ferretti Yachts, Pershing, Itama, Riva and more.
All warranty repair work, from investigation & remediation to repair, is conducted only with prior approval of all key stakeholders. If a claim is required, BoatSmart HQ will supply all required information and evidence to support the claim and manage the process.
Marine Insurance
Your boat is a valuable asset, so Marine Insurance is an absolute must. As a BoatSmart HQ member you can access preferential Marine Insurance premiums with their partner Crombie Lockwood, who will recognise that your boat is being well serviced & maintained by BoatSmart HQ.
