Introducing ‘Marine Jobs’ - the new industry careers centre

Marine Jobs was launched in Australia in June and has changed recruitment in our industry for good – making it easier for employers to find qualified employees and for job seekers to find work in an industry close to their heart.

It was evident that the marine sector in New Zealand is also booming with job seekers and employers happy to look across the water for the right career move or next star employee.  New Zealand employers are now welcome to post opportunities to the Jobs Board greatly enhancing the talent pool on offer.

The growth in our sector means it is more challenging than ever to find talent.  Marine Jobs assists employers in cutting through the clutter and broadcasts job vacancies to highly relevant talent pools, making it easier and faster to find quality candidates to fill roles.

This marine dedicated ‘careers centre’ was designed so that the industry can advertise vacancies quickly and easily posting opportunities to the Jobs Board in the same way they currently post on platforms such as SEEK. 

Members of the New Zealand Marina Operators Association (NZMOA) have been offered member discounts when posting jobs and will receive their first three listings for free using CODE: MEMBER5 (note the last character is a 5), and then 50% off all future listings until the end of 2021 using CODE: TAKE50OFF.
