The potential as a CEO or director to be prosecuted following an accident has never been higher. Charlotte Robertson, Hesketh Henry will explain the regulator’s approach, clarify the difference between a PCBU and a Director/Officer, and talk about some of the recent and upcoming decisions.

Charlotte Robertson is a senior associate at Hesketh Henry, a law firm with specialist experience in maritime law.  She specialises in insurance and construction law but also has a particular interest in maritime disputes.  Among other things, Charlotte represents clients in investigations and prosecutions under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 where she has had some excellent results.  Charlotte is also a volunteer with and the President of Auckland Coastguard Inc.
